Who we are

Engineers who sell the decision, not the hours

BEINNO is an AI engineering studio. We design, build, and ship intelligent systems — but the thing we care about most is the plan: what to build, on what, and why. Get that right and the code follows.

How we got here

  1. Origins

    Years of building for others

Multi-tenant SaaS, on-prem infrastructure, healthcare intake systems, inventory platforms, developer tooling — the same lesson every time: the architecture decided the outcome long before the code did.

  2. The gap

Founders were paying for the wrong thing

Agencies sold hours. Freelancers sold features. Nobody sold the decision that mattered most: what to build, on what, and why.

  3. BEINNO

An engineering studio built around the plan

Describe the idea. Get a reviewed, buildable architecture with the reasoning attached — then decide whether to build it with us, with your team, or with someone else.

What we believe

  • Ship, don't slide-deck

A plan you can't build from is just a document. Every architecture we produce is written to be executed — by us or by your own team.

  • Local-first AI

We run models on our own hardware where it makes sense. Your idea doesn't leave the building unless you decide it should.

  • Evidence over opinion

Every stack choice comes with the trade-off it beat and the reference that backs it. If we can't explain why, we don't recommend it.

  • Small, senior, accountable

You work directly with the engineers who make the decisions. No account managers, no hand-offs, no diluted responsibility.

How we work

  1. 01

Understand the problem before proposing the stack.

  2. 02

Prefer boring, proven technology; spend novelty where it pays.

  3. 03

Design for the team that will maintain it, not the one that built it.

  4. 04

Measure. If it isn't observable, it isn't done.

Have an idea? Start with the plan.

Describe what you want to build. We'll return a reviewed architecture with every choice explained — and you decide what happens next.

Our stack. Your edge.
